- Sauna towel, sauna hat, and drinking water
- Swimming in the lake (available both summer and winter)
Your session is led by an experienced sauna guide, who conducts sauna rituals and creates a mindful and restorative experience. Depending on the group’s needs, the guide may use:
- whisks (viht)
- herbal infusions
- salt
- honey
- traditional sauna songs or spoken rituals
Every guided sauna session is unique. Sometimes the sauna calls for the strength of the whisk; other times, soothing herbal compresses are needed. This is the charm of a guided sauna – each experience is different and offers something new. Uue-Saaluse Winery collaborates with Helen Moppel and other experienced sauna practitioners.
