Wiire Smoke Sauna is located on the shores of Pärnu Bay, in a historic fishing village, offering visitors an authentic experience of Estonia’s centuries-old smoke sauna tradition. More than simply a place to bathe, the smoke sauna is an ancient ritual deeply rooted in Estonian culture and heritage.
Our historic smoke sauna, built in 1924, stands beside a peaceful pond and carries forward traditions recognised by UNESCO as part of humanity’s intangible cultural heritage. We are dedicated to preserving and developing Estonia’s smoke sauna culture while offering our guests a truly authentic and memorable sauna experience.

The steam in a traditional smoke sauna is softer and more humid than in a conventional sauna, creating a deeply soothing and relaxing experience. Natural honey, salt and traditional sauna whisks (viht) made from aromatic plants are used as part of the experience, helping the body relax and the mind unwind. The sauna comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.

- Guided sauna rituals with Elis Seppius – Combining traditional whisking techniques, the use of healing and aromatic plants, and deeply relaxing sauna practices. Guided by Elis, these rituals offer an opportunity to experience Estonia’s sauna heritage in a way that is both authentic and meaningful for the modern guest.
- Bridal Sauna & Hen Party – A special Wiire smoke sauna ritual for women, celebrating beauty, love and new beginnings. Created for the bride-to-be and her companions, the ritual symbolically prepares the bride for the beginning of a new chapter in her life.
- Smoke Sauna with Friends or Colleagues – Spend a memorable evening relaxing together and discovering traditional Estonian sauna culture. The experience can be complemented with accommodation, a hot tub and catering.

Price: Smoke sauna 250€ Mon–Thu and 300€ Fri–Sun (up to 12 guests). Includes an introduction by the host, herbal tea, salt, honey, two sauna whisks, a fruit platter, and use of the barbecue house.
Accommodation: from 30€/person (up to 12 guests in summer and 9 in winter).
